Since 1985, Fitness Resource has been the Mid-Atlantic's premier supplier of Exercise equipment. We opened our doors with just 3 employees. Today, we have a full retail and commercial staff dedicated to meeting the needs of consumers and commercial buyers throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. From purchase to delivery and beyond, every contact you have with Fitness Resource will be with a specialist in their field.

Many of our sales associates are A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) Certified Fitness Equipment Experts. And, many are Certified Personal Trainers or hold degrees in physiology, kinesiology, fitness management, or a related field.

Because we take our name seriously, we continually strive to provide our customers with products to help them get fit and enjoy life more in any season. We know that when the weather is nice, people like to be outside more and so we have added a line of quality road and off road bicycles to our product mix. These Jamis and Rocky Mountain bicycles will round out your fitness and recreation activities, providing you year around exercise and fitness.

We also realized that during these challenging economic times, customers were looking for used equipment.   We added a used section to our website and now sell used/remanufactured equipment online.
