How long have you been in business?
Fitness Resource has been serving the Mid-Atlantic since 1985. We are proud of our heritage and today employ 15 commercial sales representatives throughout the region.
Can you provide fitness equipment assembly?
Yes. We’re focused on comprehensive customer care and will install and test each piece of equipment that we sell.
Do you offer trade-in’s?
Yes. We determine the value of your equipment based upon the following criteria: age, condition, brand, preventative maintenance history and color.
Do you provide fitness equipment service?
Fitness Resource utilizes a hybrid system for service. We employ our own service team and also partner with an extensive network of Service Providers. Our objective is to keep your fitness equipment in peak operating condition.
Do you offer Preventative Maintenance?
Fitness Resource is dedicated to keeping your facility in peak operating condition. We offer Preventative Maintenance plans based upon your needs. This can be monthly, quarterly or “as needed”.
What kind of consulting do you offer?
Fitness Resource is prepared to assist you from concept to completion. Our team is skilled in facility planning, facility design, equipment selection, delivery/installation, service and long-term customer support. We’ll sweat over the details: electrical requirements/location, coxial cable recommendations, equipment location and room flow - allowing you to focus on the big picture.
What type of financing is available?
Fitness Resource can assist you with your financing needs. We partner with several leasing companies who will work diligently to provide you with the best possible interest rates. Leasing terms are often 36, 48 or 60 months.
Do you offer fitness flooring?
Yes. We are proud to offer Dodge-Regupol’s Everlast rubber flooring products. We also install hardwood flooring, 4x6 mats and Humane rubber products.

Do you sell cardio machines with TV’s and iPod capabilities?
Yes. We represent products that have state-of-the-art audio/visual entertainment. TV’s and iPod options can be added directly to our treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and steppers. Our array of entertainment options will keep your facility “cutting edge.” Imagine a treadmill with a 17” LCD screen that is HD ready. The same treadmill will accept your iPod and can display and play your song list or videos. Our products will keep your members/guests engaged and coming back for more!
